Stainless steel thermal insulation water tank refers to adding special industrial and thermal insulation materials to the stainless steel water tank interlayer so that the water in the stainless steel thermal insulation water tank can maintain a certain temperature to meet the needs of life or industry. The stainless steel thermal insulation water tank uses polyurethane integrally foamed thermal insulation material to cool down within 4 degrees within 24 hours at normal temperature, and uses other thermal insulation materials to cool down within 10 degrees.
Structure of the stainless steel water tank
The stainless steel water tank is stamped and formed by SUS304, SUS316L and other stainless steel plates, and the periphery is welded by tungsten arc welding. From 1000 * 1000, 1000 * 500, 500 * 500 standard blocks, according to different three-dimensional structural design parameters, modules with different thicknesses are used for welding and assembly in the factory or project site. The accessories on the water tank, such as manholes, water inlet and outlet flanges, internal and external ladders, water level gauges, etc., can be selected according to design needs.
